Pricing
All transactions are processed in AUD. Individual product pricing shown is inclusive of GST and excludes delivery charges. The total price of our order shown when finalising your order will be inclusive of GST stated.
Shipping
Orders can be delivered Australia wide or picked up from our warehouse – we do not ship to overseas locations. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products and your location – you will be notified of the exact shipping costs after your order has been packed. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 7 business days depending on your pre-arranged delivery method.
Refunds and Returns
Please choose your products carefully as we do not give refunds or credits if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Claims must be made promptly, ideally within 48hrs of delivery and no later than 30 days after delivery.
• All claims must provide appropriate evidence and information requested by email to verify and be approved by the customer service team prior to the goods being returned.
• The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging.
• Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked into our warehouse.
• Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalised as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation.
Credits are NOT ABLE to be issued on:
• Discontinued items
• Any item 30 days after delivery
• Seasonal Merchandise (Christmas, Mothers Day etc)
• Sale items and bonus buys (Trade show offers etc)
